Parish Personal Training

TIP OF THE MONTH:

From Coach Parish

Balance
All runners have a unique motivation and determination to do something difficult and challenging.  Endurance athletes have to be sure that the training and preparation benefit and enrich their lives, not take it over.  It’s important for every athlete to reflect often on not only the work they are doing, but also how it affects other areas of their life.  Be sure to balance your training with your professional and personal life as well.
